My1Stop.com, America’s Online Printing Superstore, has announced the expansion of their customer service hours to 24 hours a day, six days a week, Monday through Saturday. The My1Stop.com website has also received an updated look and feel, as well as functionality upgrades.
“My1Stop.com recognized the need to extend our customer service hours and improve our website,” said Amy Silvers, Online Marketing/Website Coordinator. “My1Stop.com is always changing and improving based on valuable customer feedback. We want to be able to offer better services for continued growth, and these new changes will be good for both our customers and our company,” concluded Silvers.
The new customer service hours will be 24 hours a day, 6 days a week excluding Sundays. The Main Customer Service Hours will now be 7:00 am to 7:00 pm CST Monday through Thursday and 7:00 am to 5:00 pm CST Friday. These expanded “main” customer service hours are there to accommodate customers on both the east and west coast, as well as those who have a different business schedule. After main hours, My1Stop.com will offer the After Hours Assistance program. This program is there for customers need to ask product specific questions, or maybe just need help navigating the website, quoting or placing their order.
My1Stop.com has also changed the look and feel of the website, as well as adding more functionality, including a cart checkout button located on each page. There will be many changes coming in the future, including more functionality and features within the customer account area, as well as continued product and service additions to the website.
