During its Annual Business Meeting held June 12, the International Reprographic Association (IRgA) elected its Board of Directors to lead the association during its next fiscal year – August 1, 2012 – July 31, 2013.
By acclamation, Dan Mulrooney, Senior Vice President, ARC, Walnut Creek, CA, becomes the 2012-13 President. John Davis, CEO, Alabama Graphics, Birmingham, AL, was elected Vice-President/Treasurer and will automatically become the association’s president in 2013-14.
Paul Fridrich, CEO, CyberCopy, Westlake Village, CA, and Tony Militano, President, Carbon Copy Digital, Calgary, AB, Canada, were re-elected to each serve three-year terms. No new members of the association were elected.
Continuing on the Board are:

- Kim Long, General Manager, Reprodux Copy Centres, Toronto, ON, Canada
- Sonny Odom, Vice President of Sales, KIP America, Novi, MI
Departing the board after July 31 is Gary Wilbur, President, R.S. Knapp/Napco, Lyndhurst, NJ. Executive Director, Steve Bova, CAE, also departs the board on July 31. Wilbur and Bova have served the IRgA for the past eight years. The association is pleased to announce Joel Salus, St. Petersburg, FL, as its new Managing Director, effective August 1, 2012. Salus has been involved in the reprographics industry and business since 1970. He is the publisher of a blog known as "Reprographics 101."
To serve on the board of directors, one must be an IRgA member in good standing; to serve as an officer, one must be a reprographer member.
