To offer its customers a singular, exceptional customer experience, the Montreal and Toronto based Nustream Group, comprised of well-known Canadian distributors Nustream Graphic and LR Graphic – with ties to Nustream Graphic America (recently merged its operations with Base-Line, Inc. in the U.S.) – has been formed. The company is supporting its new identity and logo with a new website, www.nustreamgroup.com, and reaffirmed commitment to the Canadian market.
The Nustream Group focuses its efforts on the Canadian graphic arts industry with complete solutions for print-on-demand, CTP, and proofing — along with all printing supplies. The company’s goal is a satisfied customer, providing the latest in printing technology while offering guidance and support throughout the process. The company’s main focus is helping small- to mid-sized printers identify the solutions that best fit their business environment.
“While we might look different, the Nustream Group is comprised of the same organizations and people our customers have come to know and respect,” comments Renel Bouchard, The Nustream Group President. “To support the new company identity and company logo, a new Nustream Group website will be launched September 15 2012 as the common portal for all companies within the company’s umbrella. We hope that our customers find it even easier to do business with us.”
Recently, Nustream Graphic America announced that it had merged its operations with Baseline-inc, and that representatives in the United States would be joining the Base-Line sales force.
“Nustream Group company office addresses and phone numbers have not changed; nor has representation throughout Canada. Other than an even more cohesive customer experience, our Canadian customers will see that nothing has changed with their Nustream and LR Graphic relationships. They will still be represented by the best support staffs in Canada,” explains Steve Daigle, Nustream Group Vice President of sales in Canada. “If anything, for anyone in Canada, it’s business that will be even better than usual.”
