Imhoff Technologies Signs as Newest Platinum Dealer of Bell and Howell’s BCC Mail Manager Postal Software
Joins Mailers MVP and Freelance Technologies in Bell and Howell’s Growing Dealer Network
Bell and Howell, a leading provider of solutions and services for paper-based and digital messaging, announced that Imhoff Technologies, a rapidly growing distributor of postal software solutions, has signed on as a Platinum-level dealer of its best-in-class BCC Mail Manager software.
“Imhoff Technologies has deep knowledge of the local market, coupled with decades of postal experience. They will help us reach an important market that has been rocked by SAP’s decision to discontinue production and support of its Postalsoft solution,” said Chris Lien, Bell and Howell’s Vice President of Postal Software. “We are confident that Imhoff Technologies can help former Postalsoft customers easily transition to solutions like our BCC Mail Manager, which supports Full Service Intelligent Mail barcode today, and also supports the broadest range of USPS sortation categories.”
“We are excited to be working with Bell and Howell, and be able to offer our customers the premier postal software solution,” said Greg Imhoff, President of Imhoff Technologies. “We have worked with a lot of vendors, and believe that the advanced capabilities of BCC Mail Manager and other Bell and Howell products, coupled with their superior service, puts them in the clear leadership position.”
BCC Mail Manager is a complete postal software solution including CASS-certified address quality; merge/purge functionality; presort support for an impressive number of sortation categories; Intelligent Mail barcode piece and container generation; and a Mail.dat update tool for connectivity to the USPS PostalOne! system. BCC Mail Manager has passed the USPS Test Environment for Mailers (TEM) requirement, making Full Service IMb simply a click away, with an intuitive interface and real-time access to one of the broadest move-update and walk-sequencing services available.
