As of October 1st Mutoh America, Inc. will work directly with resellers in Latin America, versus working through a distributor which is the model Mutoh has used in the past.
To support the growing territory, Mutoh has assembled a strong team to work directly with its resellers to meet their needs and offer optimal customer support including additional customer service and management individuals. By going direct, Mutoh will offer increased focus and support to help grow the region.
Mutoh has appointed Fumi Aramaki from Western regional sales manager to director of sales of Latin America. His experience in sales and customer service will allow him to cultivate the Central and South America territory.
Alongside Aramaki, Chris Jaeger has been hired as Latin America sales engineer. Jaeger will be moving from Honduras to Mutoh's corporate office in Phoenix, Arizona at the first of the year to technically support Mutoh resellers south of the border. Jaeger's knowledge in wide-format printing and fluency in Spanish makes him the perfect fit for Mutoh's new region.
