Peeq Media Forms West Coast Division, Hires New VP/GM

After recently forming Toppax, a joint venture of New York-based Peeq Media and Asia's Toppan Printing, Peeq is now announcing the formation of its West Coast Division, Peeq Media West. This new division will allow Peeq’s current customer base to further utilize and leverage these cross-border solutions, while also allowing Peeq to swiftly expand its geographic reach. This new division will be led by Barry C. Polan, who has been appointed to the position of vice president and general manager of Peeq Media West. Now offering end-to-end bicoastal manufacturing, Peeq can continue to drive revenue growth and improve efficiencies company-wide.

The company believes strongly that with its core business focused in creative production, and technology based solutions; that the Los Angeles market, with its heavy concentration of entertainment, creative, retail and technology companies, is a natural fit with Peeq’s business solutions. By seamlessly integrating media production, global distribution and logistics, both existing and new Los Angeles clients will be able to reduce barriers and optimize branding strategies by utilizing the combined global reach created by Peeq’s already well established East Coast market dominance and Toppan’s position as Asia’s second largest printer.

Prior to joining Peeq, Polan was with Coloredge, where he served as vice president of sales for the company's strong performing, Los Angeles-based business unit. In this role, he led the west coast team to deliver consistent strong sales performance and growth. Prior to Coloredge, Polan served as General Manager for C2 Media’s west coast small-format printing division. Offering print-based solutions to the Los Angeles marketplace for over ten years, Polan has a depth of understanding of the Los Angeles marketplace that will be of great help to Peeq’s new West Coast endeavor.

“While focusing on its core strengths of traditional print for a broad range of clients, Peeq has been making strategic acquisitions and developing partnerships within technology based  solutions field that allow us to further leverage our position as a market leader in end-to-end brand management. We expect that this new West Coast initiative will rapidly progress us to our end goal of being the largest brand management company in the world,” says Arthur Hershaft, CEO, Peeq Media.
