The National Association of Quick Printers (NAQP) has introduced the NAQP 2012-2013 Digital and Large Format Printing Pricing Study?14th in its popular series of quick and small printing industry pricing studies and the first-ever to focus on digital and wide-format printing. The new volume made its debut at the annual NAQP Owners Conference taking place at the DoubleTree Hotel Magnificent Mile in this city, Oct. 4-6.
“Up-to-date pricing is critical to be able to win work and maintain sufficient profit margins for growth. That’s why this study is so important to our printing business owners and managers,” said Mitch Evans, NAQP Managing Director and editor of the new study. “We are really pleased to be able to make it available to attendees at our Owners Conference since they are here to gain the latest business and industry information. This is the first time that we have conducted research on wide-format pricing, so we know that this study will provide them with unique profit-building insights.”
The study, which is sponsored by Canon and Quick Printing magazine, includes data from more than 290 survey respondents, covers areas such as digital black-and-white and color copying and printing, variable-data printing, product pricing, and large format printing, finishing, and binding. Those who completed the survey are receiving a free printed copy of the study, a $249 value.
NAQP has conducted vital pricing and industry research for more than 20 years. This new study has been crafted by industry experts and peers, including several NAQP member commercial printing business owners.
