(Konica Minolta) announces that it has been awarded first place in the 2013 Brand Keys Customer Loyalty Engagement Index (CLEI) in the "MFP Office Copier" category for the sixth consecutive year. New York-based marketing consultancy Brand Keys publishes its annual Customer Loyalty Engagement Index to determine how different brands rank in customer loyalty according to 39,000 Americans surveyed. The 2013 Index examined customers’ relationships with brands in 54 product categories.
The Brand Keys methodology, which considers several key competitors, asked customers to characterize their ideal product in the MFP Office Copier category, setting the standard for excellence. The 2013 Brand Keys research once again identified Konica Minolta as a leading brand for customer loyalty in the "MFP Office Copier" category when measured against the "Ideal" office copier.
