Aleyant Systems Continues Global Expansion with Exhibit at PrintPack India

Aleyant Systems, an innovative leader in providing robust software services to the graphic communications industry at value-driven prices, today announced that it will be exhibiting its web-to-print and cross-media solutions, including Pressero and eDocBuilder, at PrintPack India. The event is scheduled for February 23-28, 2013, at the India Expo Centre and Mart in Greater Noida. Aleyant Systems will be located in Hall 3, Stall #B06/04A in the NPES stand.

“There is growing demand in India for web-to-print and cross media services, both standard solutions and customized versions for more complex requirements,” said Greg Salzman, President of Aleyant Systems. “We are looking forward to able to participate in this event in India to share in-depth information about the benefits of web-to-print, and the ease with which enterprises can integrate existing systems with Aleyant solutions in order to improve productivity and to enhance both internal and external communications. With Aleyant customers already located in India, we believe printers and packaging converters will feel very comfortable working with Aleyant as they strive to stay current in a rapidly-changing market.”

Pressero from Aleyant Systems is an affordable and easy-to-use cloud-based B2B or B2C online storefront solution that can quickly and easily be customized to individual client needs. Because it is delivered as Software as a Service, it has a pay-as-you-go model that involves limited up-front costs, and can be utilized anywhere around the globe that has Internet access. Pressero can be enhanced with the addition of eDocBuilder, a web-based variable data publishing system built specifically to easily integrate into Aleyant or third-party web-to-print or MIS solutions. It features advanced typography control, imposition, scripting support, PDF workflows, rapid template creation, Excel merge capabilities and more.

“One of the things we are most excited about,” added Salzman, “is educating the Indian market about the benefits of Automated Workflow Integrator (AWI).  This new module has already been employed to integrate solutions through more than a dozen partners around the world. Our goal is to make online operations as streamlined and affordable as possible, and AWI is a critical enabler for achieving this goal. We believe the Indian market will be particularly interested in these capabilities. Examples of applications for AWI’s rules-based approach include automating processes for file renaming for workflows that have strict file naming conventions, automatically unzipping zipped files, or sending files and metadata directly to a RIP for processing, eliminating multiple steps in the workflow. This type of automation can also be applied to digital workflows where there is no printed output.”
