GMC Software Technology (GMC) is seeing continued significant growth in its GMC User Community membership since its inception in December of 2010.
Designed to be a knowledge base that offers users of GMC products the opportunity to share best practices and techniques and exchange ideas, the membership has grown from 350 users in 2011 to more than 2500 users to date. Along with the ability to share personal experiences that support the effective use of GMC solutions and influence the direction of future releases, members have access to the latest in solution documentation, exclusive training and webinars that help maximize return on their investment.
“I have been using GMC’s software solutions since 2004 so I was very excited to learn of the community website,” said Randy Frye, variable data programmer for Florida-based Wilen Direct. “I enjoy learning how other GMC members are using the technology and find the information shared on the discussion board very useful to me in my day-to-day work. Additionally, I can easily access product and training manuals that help me use the modules effectively. The GMC User Community is a great way to learn more and get support when you need it.”
The GMC User Community is a multi-lingual, active group that includes GMC Inspire users collaborating from a variety of industries across the globe. Additionally, GMC technical and support staff are on the forum daily to ensure users not only get the best possible answer to their queries, but they get it quickly. “The GMC User Community is the perfect place to share techniques and tips that make our members better respond to the rapid developments in their dynamic market,” said Bill Parker, chief marketing officer at GMC. “The continuing growth of our GMC User Community membership is a clear indicator that we are meeting our ongoing commitment to provide the best customer experience and customer support possible to our customers.”
