Survey Advantage Recognizes Top Franchise and Independent Printers

Survey Advantage released their Print Buyer Satisfaction Index (PBSI) for the quarter ending March 31st, 2013. Top performing achieved over 87% loyalty, average performers 73% to 86%, and poor performers under 73%. Q1, 2013 results are based on the percentage of 13,309 print buyer reviews that were “Very Satisfied” on recently completed jobs. Congratulations to AlphaGraphics of Wood Dale, IL for achieving the best overall loyalty rating with 98% of their customers stating they are “Very Likely” to recommend them other buyers.
