Bell and Howell, a leading global provider of multi-channel communications, has announced the details of its exhibit at POST-EXPO 2013, one of the largest international events dedicated to the postal, parcel and express mail industry. Bell and Howell will be exhibiting in booth 1150 at the tradeshow, which runs Oct. 1 through Oct. 3 in Vienna, Austria.
“After establishing subsidiaries in Germany and the U.K. staffed by Bell and Howell service technicians, technical managers and sales and marketing personnel, Bell and Howell has substantially expanded its presence in Europe. In the past two years, we have provided state-of-the-art solutions and services to some of the largest national and private postal carriers in Europe,” said Les Stern, Bell and Howell CEO and President. “Our continued efforts are to offer the industry a vibrant partner with the capacity and capabilities to widen our customer’s market opportunities and dramatically lower their operating costs. The ParcelMgr we are exhibiting in our booth is an example of those efforts, processing flats for mailing at speeds well above the industry average.”
Bell and Howell’s postal and parcel experts will be on hand in booth 1150 at POST-EXPO to discuss the company’s full line of parcel-management solutions. Bell and Howell will demonstrate its capabilities in providing parcel-management and sorting solutions designed for in-line labeling on parcels varying in heights, using the company’s proven MMT Sabre OCR technology and NetSort sorting software. The system, ideal for postal and parcel expediters, lowers the cost of parcel fulfillment and delivery by automating manual tasks.
