FotoZoomer is pleased to announce Expanded Technical Support Hours effective 10/1/13.
Eric Steadham, President and Co-Founder of FotoZoomer, stated, “Due to continued growth and expansion FotoZoomer is announcing expanded service hours for technical support assistance. Service hours will be expanded to 9:00am EST to 8:00pm EST, Monday thru Thursday and 9:00am EST to 5:00pm EST on Fridays.
“The expanded hours will allow support to FotoZoomer’s customer base on the West Coast areas to have technical support until 5:00pm PST to allow for better customer care when needed. FotoZoomer is dedicated to customer service and in order to keep up with demand this expansion was needed as we continue to enhance the FotoZoomer Design Center software solution which enables consumers coming to one of our FotoZoomer Design Centers located in retail shipping stores throughout the United States to self-design posters, indoor and outdoor banners, canvas portraits and more. The increased demand from consumers for our products and services offered at the retail centers across the US through FotoZoomer will always dictate our growth strategies.”
