Two of the newest additions to the Agfa Graphics portfolio of inkjet engines are making their North America debut at SGIA 2013. Both the Anapurna M3200 RTR (roll-to-roll) and the Anapurna M2500 will be among the many engines being demonstrated at the company's booth (#2228) at SGIA, being held October 23-25, 2013, at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida.
The Anapurna M3200 RTR is a 126 inch-wide (3.2 meters) UV-curable roll-to-roll printer that efficiently produces the widest range of roll applications for indoor and outdoor use. The system delivers unprecedented productivity and quality at an investment level previously unavailable in the market. The Anapurna M3200 RTR is the ideal solution for those looking to produce high quality signage in six colors with a maximum resolution of 1440 dpi and maximum speeds of up to 1200 sqft/hr.
The versatile Anapurna M2500 is a 98 inch-wide (2.5 meters), robust, industrial UV inkjet system engineered for sustained higher workloads and supports both rigid and roll-to-roll media. Designed for indoor and outdoor applications, the system features six colors and in-line white ink, producing top quality prints at a maximum resolution of 1440 dpi.
"Print service providers are eager to invest in technology that they can trust. Our printing systems are all designed to give reliable outcomes for predictable incomes," said Deborah Hutcheson, Director of Marketing, Agfa Graphics, North America. "Our industry-leading UV-curable inkjet printers with their low ink profile, combined with the benefits of our new, dedicated workflow, Asanti, can help print service providers serving the sign and display or packaging industry, as well as screen printers, offset and digital houses, broaden their offerings for their customers and become more profitable."
