Alliance Franchise Brands Sign & Graphics Division Announces Staff Additions

The Sign & Graphics Division of Alliance Franchise Brands recently announced the addition of two new staff members in training and marketing. Dennis Favilla was named sales training & support specialist and Irika Lee has joined the Signs Now marketing department as marketing programs specialist.

Favilla comes to the organization with nearly thirty years of experience as an entrepreneur, national trainer, teacher and conference presenter. Most recently, he worked as an independent contract trainer & consultant, providing high impact seminars relating to sales and marketing success.

"With an exceptional knowledge of adult learning theories, Dennis brings proven ability to help recruit, train and coach new or seasoned sales professionals to compete in diverse market conditions," remarked Director of Training Sandie Hawkins.

In addition, Irika Lee comes to Signs Now with nearly six years of professional marketing experience. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Baltimore and has worked for a variety of companies, including Universal Energy and COLA.

"Irika’s varied experience and passion for marketing will be a valuable asset to Signs Now," remarked Signs Now Vice President of Marketing Bernard Haun.
