Lightweight, versatile and durable, Foamalux has earned a reputation for its quality performance and endless applications in sign, display and print. In addition to the extensive Foamalux Colors range, printers can also choose from:

  • Foamalux White, a brighter white color formulation that minimize the occurrence of yellowing through UV print. It is available in thicknesses of 1mm to 19mm.
  • Foamalux Ultra, which is available in white, red, yellow, green, blue, grey and black. The product, available in thicknesses of 3mm or 5mm, offers enhanced UV protection for external applications and a high quality gloss finish.
  • Foamalux Xtra, which offers digital and screen printers a ‘green’ option as it comprises 80% recycled material, which is sandwiched between one or two bright white PVC surfaces, and is available in 3mm, 5mm, 10mm, 13mm and 19mm thicknesses.

Manufactured to rigorous quality regulations (BS EN 9001:2008), the lightweight, robust and durable Foamalux range has a consistently flat and smooth surface that allows for faster high quality output and maximum productivity. The versatility of these substrates also means that the Foamalux sheets can easily be cut, routed, scored, folded or bonded, according to the printers finishing requirements.
