Survey Advantage released their Print Buyer Satisfaction Index (PBSI) for the quarter ending December 31, 2013. Top performers achieved over 88% loyalty, average performers 74% to 87%, and poor performers under 74%. Q4, 2014 results are based on the percentage of 12,258 print buyer reviews that were “Very Likely” to recommend their printer after receiving their recently completed jobs.
