Mitsubishi HiTec Paper has enlarged its jetscript product range with 18 different inkjet paper grades for the "creative sector".
"For several months we have researched the new interests in the area of art and creative photo-printing," said Thorsten Mehlich, head of Digital Imaging. "LeisureArt is our response to the recent developments in this area of high sophisticated inkjet printing."
The LeisureArt series consists of 18 different media, in grammages from 190 to 240 g/sqm, in matt, semi-matt and glossy surfaces and six different surface structures. The range contains innovated formations like "Pyramid", "Samara", and "Coral Reef" as well as classics like "linen" and "leather". Even further customized surfaces are possible. As usual all media reach the high quality expected from Mitsubishi and set standards in respect to whiteness, resolution, drying-time and color gamut. All media are "acid-free" and therefore achieve a long-term stability.
LeisureArt is available in all common formats (DIN A4, DIN A3, US-Letter) as well as the plotter-sizes 17 inches and 24 inches. The favorable price-performance-ratio assures an easy access into the art-sector and gives the end-user a high degree of creative options. Whether artistic creations, calendar, greeting cards, art-reproductions, novelty photos or portrait: LeisureArt will become first choice.
With this diversification Mitsubishi targets all resellers and converters which have a good access to computer stores, art-dealers, specialized shops, hobby photographers, SoHo, schools and college. Different packaging concepts round off a further individualization.
