Fabric Transfer Paper Compliance with CPSIA

Arkwright Advanced Coating Inc. has announced that its Ink Jet Light and Dark Fabric Transfer Papers have received certification of compliance under sections 101 and 108 of the Consumer Products Safety Improvement Act of 2008 (CPSIA). CPSIA was strengthened following a series of well publicized incidents concerning imported toys and other consumer products found to contain potentially hazardous substances.

Arkwright, which manufactures its Light and Dark Fabric Transfer products and associated inkjet and toner receptive papers and films in Fiskeville, Rhode Island, USA, considers compliance with the CPSIA and all other safety and environmental regulations as a cornerstone of its operating principals.

"As a leading manufacturer of OEM and Private Labeled digital imaging papers, films and specialty media, Arkwright recognizes our customers are increasingly concerned that strategic suppliers to their brands be in compliance with all relevant safety and health requirements and value the fact that Arkwright manufactures products according to United States standards and regulations," said Dan Halkyard, director of marketing for Arkwright Advanced Coating Inc.
