Onyx Graphics, Inc. has announced a range of new service products designed to help keep users of Onyx Workflow Software packages up and running. Ranging from free web tools to full support, Onyx Graphics offers a range of solutions to help ensure its customers' businesses are productive and profitable.

The new Onyx Service products are available immediately and include Onyx Links, Onyx Plus, Onyx Advantage, and Onyx Premium service options.
The Onyx Links free suite of services is designed to help keep Onyx Graphics customers' businesses up and running. Subscribing to Onyx Links suite connects customers 24-7 to web site downloads for the latest features, printer drivers and profiles. It also includes Onyx Service web diagnostic tools for expert technical information and articles; and Onyx PrintMetryx JobView service, a tool that enables customers to track printing costs and production trends.
The Onyx Plus service is designed to help Onyx Graphics' customers solve problems quickly and efficiently through hotline access to Onyx Call Center expert support personnel and extensive web support. The Onyx Plus service also includes all the benefits of Onyx Links suite. This product is currently available for Onyx users in the US and Canada.
The Onyx Advantage software maintenance product is designed to give Onyx PosterShop, Onyx ProductionHouse and Onyx PrepEdge software users an easy way to keep their software up-to-date. In addition to all the benefits of Onyx Links suite, the Onyx Advantage package provides product upgrades, new printer drivers, automatic disk updates, and a free additional active printer and RIP at purchase.
The Onyx Premium suite of services is designed for the shop owner who wants full access to expert personnel and tools offered by the Onyx Call Center and wants to ensure their Onyx Workflow Software is always up-to-date with the latest software and printer drivers. It includes all the features of the Onyx Links, Onyx Plus, and Onyx Advantage products. This service is currently available for Onyx users in the US and Canada.
