Innova Art Ltd. has announced the JetMaster Framing & Display System for mounting of canvas, paper, and textile prints.
"Stretching canvas prints has always been a challenge for photographers and artists. The use of traditional stretcher bars is cumbersome and requires a high level of skill," said Wayne Connelly, Innova US president. "The JetMaster System provides everything you need to create a professional frame image that looks like stretched canvas. No special tools or expertise is required."
The system is available in two versions: an "Art" system made from MDF board and a "Display" system made from rigid corrugated stock. The process is fast, easy and gives professional results that look like stretched canvas without the headaches.
The JetMaster allows you to economically stretch canvas, paper or textiles with perfect corners in less than five minutes using basis tools. The solid construction ships flat and opens up a variety of new applications.
Both the Art and Display systems are made from acid-free components. Once the image is cut to the proper size, an adhesive liner is removed, then the print is positioned on the adhesive and the frame is simply folded to create the frame dimension. The 'Art' system is finished with standard staples and the 'Display' system is finished with reinforced tape.
Unlike other wrap systems, the solid construction eliminates sagging while allowing the artist to achieve the look of a stretched images on paper or textile; or create a collage of images from various sheets.
