Cyrious Software has released a new Textiles pricing and work order tool that positions textile screen printers and D-T-G printers to win more of the profitable orders and dramatically reduce production errors.
The new product is multifunctional and allows for quick cost, price and markup estimates of direct-to-print textiles and screen printing. The users of the Textiles tool can quote multiple product types (e.g. t-shirts, sweatshirts, caps), sizes and colors with one pricing screen, and calculate package pricing and respective quantity related discounts. The Production team gets an easy to read work order that includes all the details, such as what image and colors to put in which location, and the type of process and equipment to be used, for each item.
The major benefits of the Textiles Product are:
? Allows for multiple textile types (e.g. caps, t-shirts, jackets) to be quoted and processed in the same work order.
? Allows for multiple processes quoting on the same product item (e.g. screen print, direct to garment print and finishing options on the same item. The next release will also include embroidery, dye sub, heat transfer and garment decoration).
? Handles pricing several ways, including price lists (by size, quantity, colors, etc) and cost plus pricing.
? Enables the user to adjust inbound freight cost by the specific textiles and quantities.
