Ricoh Americas Corp., a leading provider of digital office equipment, announced the availability of Omtool?s AccuRoute solution, a document capture and distribution software solution that enables organizations in the legal, healthcare and financial services industries to eliminate manual, time-consuming document processes while achieving significant cost savings and productivity improvements. The solution is available to the Ricoh Channel through the Ricoh Independent Solutions Vendor Program (RiSVP).

AccuRoute, Omtool?s flagship product, streamlines the capture, conversion, communication, and archiving of paper and electronic documents into enterprise information management systems, including fully integrated fax server capabilities. Utilizing Ricoh multi-functional products (MFPs), this server-based document capture and handling platform provides fast, secure document distribution to multiple destinations in multiple formats, simultaneously with one scan. With AccuRoute, organizations in document-intensive environments are able to immediately access documents when and where they are needed.
