DC-645/DC-615 Integrated Folding System
Duplo Corp. extended the inline capabilities of its popular DC-645/DC-615 slitter/cutter/creaser and DC-445 creaser range by adding a knife fold attachment to the single system operation.
The easy to use 80 job memory and PC based WYSIWYG programming minimize down time and training requirements. A waste collection bin keeps operation tidy while a 100mm capacity feeder allows unattended operation. An optional CCD camera will automatically read each sheet, recalling the correct program from memory and then applying any adjustments necessary for image drift.
DC-445 Creaser
Ideal for the short run digital color print market, the cost-effective, fully automatic DC-445 provides an essential solution to the problem of toner cracking on digitally printed work when folded. Capable of applying up to 15 creases in one pass and with a speed of up 50 sheets per minute, the DC-445 Creaser can handle the output of most digital presses.
