GANS RESOLUTION

Gans Ink ' Supply has developed Resolution, a four-color process ink for sheetfed printers. These process inks are ISO 12647-2 compliant for hue and chroma. They are also finishing friendly and laser safe. Field testing on gloss coated paper has verified that these inks provide overprint traps of M/Y 80%, C/Y 90%, and C/M 72%; set speed of 393 out of 400 (400 represents paper white only, no ink); and ink gloss of 83 units over 340% coverage. At 15,000 impressions per hour Resolution printed sharp with AM175 line dot gains (TVI) from 14% to 18%.
