RICOH AFICIO SP 9100DN

Ricoh Corporation launched the Aficio SP 9100DN high-speed, black-and-white network printer that prints at 75 ppm. The printer has multiple paper trays and a maximum capacity of 8,200 sheets. Networking features include PDF Direct Print, which sends files directly to the printer in PDF format, and WebImageMonitor, that allows users to configure settings, check job status, and select finishing options remotely via any standard Web browser. It is equipped with Ricoh's Refined Print Command Stream (RCPS) driver, which enables users to store print settings, save them under individual user icons, and initiate print jobs from their desktop. Security functions include the Locked Print feature, which requires a password to be entered at the machine prior to printing. Users can embed a watermarked message or design to avoid unauthorized copying and all information traveling through the network is encrypted. Suggested retail price: $19,900.
