SIMITRI-HD TONER

Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A. announces the launch of its new generation of Simitri polymerized toner. The toner, Simitri-HD (High Definition), was developed to meet the needs of the production printing market. The small particle size achieves smoother halftone reproduction, and improved text reproduction and sharpness. In addition to the output benefits, the small particle size leads to less toner being used, and lower toner consumption results in cost savings. The development of the new fusing process means that output quality is higher and less energy is consumed. The company claims it reduces curl and damage to paper and that image permanence is better than offset printing.
