MBM Creasematic 150

MBM Corporation offers the Creasematic 150 creaser and the Creasefold on-line folder. Documents printed on heavy or coated stock can now be creased prior to folding, creating a crisper, more accurate fold. Digitally printed jobs with heavy coverage can be folded without cracking. The Creasematic 150 is a manual feed, entry-level machine that can accommodate sheet sizes up to 39". It operates at speeds up to 2,000 sheets per hour.

The Creasefold folder adds further convenience by running on-line with the 150 to produce a single fold on creased stock. It can also be operated off-line, and the high speed knife fold system will not mark digitally printed stock. The high capacity, powered exit conveyor neatly stacks the folded sets.
