Cold mount laminator

Eastsign BU-1600II WARM is the latest entry level cold laminator. Maximum laminating width is 63 inches while maximum laminating thickness is 1.3 inches. This equipment enhances cold laminating result by heat assist. The roller heats up the film up to 140 degree Fahrenheit. It saves labor cost and time, which lamination is driven by motor or controlled by pedal switch. There is emergency switch. The machine stops working immediately to protect operator.

The Neolam PE is Neolt's new entry-level solution for cold laminating and mounting. Available in sizes 1100, 1400 and 1650 mm, this machine features a very easy to use pneumatic system to adjust the nip opening and upper roll pressure. The maximum thickness the Neolam PE can handle is 30 mm (1.18 inches) and its running speed is 4 m per minute. Optional add-ons are, among other items, an electric roll holder with friction and an electric rear take-up system, allowing the operator to create a productive roll-to-roll laminating workflow.

Drytac has added a 34-inch cold laminator to its JetMounter product line. The JetMounter 34 is a motorized table-top laminator operated by a foot switch, leaving both hands free to handle the work being processed.

The GBC 4064 wide format laminator is a professional finishing system designed for production and ease of operation.  It's bi-directional productivity allows hot and cold jobs to run consecutively without waiting for cool down. Multiple unwinds and rewinds allow numerous application set-ups and greater flexibility. They are nearly opaque, as well as scratch and water resistant—ideal for printing trade show graphics for use with the Expolinc Roll-up Classic, Roll-up Professional and Pop-up display systems. Neschen recommends over-laminating these products for added durability and protection.
