Fisher Textiles' polyester fabrics are ideal for Dye Sublimation and UV printing. We offer a variety of fabrics in widths up to 160 inches. These textiles are presently being used for POP, flags, double sided banners, gaming tables, photographic back drops, apparel, trade show exhibits and more! We have both indoor and outdoor fabrics. The products range in construction from: poplin, satin, mesh, flag, knit, two sided print, lycra and even nonwovens. All fabrics are available paper backed, sonic slit for finished edges and can be sheeted or die cut. Our fabrics are prepared for print, heat set at extremely high temperatures and dwell time. We add optical brighteners to give our customers the highest definition of white. Our process adds superior dimensional stability to all of our fabrics for Sublimation and UV printing.

Fisher Textiles now stocks its popular style 7110 X-Out in 54 inches, previously only available in 110 inches. It is compatible with Dye Sublimation, UV and Latex printing.
7110 X-Out is 6.7 oz/yd2 and is comparable to our style 1800 Blocker although unlike Blocker, X-Out can be sublimated. The base fabric is Polyester with Viscose/Rayon Flocking. It is flame retardant, passes NFPA 701, Title 19 and is registered in the State of California (CSFM Registration Number: F-93901) and meets Section 13115 of the California Health and Safety Code. Applications include block out liner and opaque single sided banners.

Fisher Textiles has replaced style GF 6640 Poly Linen with GF 6640 Poly Canvas (FR) in its line of Grand Format fabrics for Dye Sublimation and UV printing.
GF 6640 Poly Canvas (FR) is 8.4 oz/yd2 and 121 inches wide. The new GF 6640 is whiter than the original and an ounce heavier. It is flame retardant and passes NFPA 701. The base fabric is 100 percent polyester and has a soft cotton, linen-like feel, excellent for home furnishing applications. Additional applications include banners and table covers.

Fisher Textiles has added styles 1010 Element and GF 7110 X-Out to its line of fabrics for Dye
Sublimation and UV printing.1010 Element is Fisher's newest awning fabric, excellent at withstanding the elements of outdoors. It is 8.5 oz/yd2, 60 inches, and 100 percent Polyester. In addition to awnings, it can also be used for street pole banners and patio furniture. It is very sturdy, whiter and more cost effective than our other awning fabrics. It has been tested in accordance with several AATCC test methods for water repellency and produced fantastic results. The first, Impact Penetration, (AATCC 42-2007) showed 0.0 grams of weight gain. The second, Water Repellency, (AATCC 70-2010) showed 29.19 percent water absorbed. The third, Water Repellency (Spray), (AATCC 22-2010) showed 100 - No sticking or wetting.
