ICE Toner for Digital Label Presses Product From Xeikon America Inc.: Xeikon, an innovator in digital color printing technology, announces the launch of a new toner for its digital label presses. The ICE toner will be demonstrated at Labelexpo Europe in Brussels, and will be available for customers as from Q4-2013.

IML Naturals In-mold Labels Product From Standard Register: Standard Register launched IML Naturals, a new in-mold label (IML) that more effectively replicates the look of wood and metal on injection molded plastic products. In Naturals, Standard Register combines intellectual property with extensive IML expertise to create an alternative, cost effective and durable way to replicate natural surfaces. This enhancement offers manufacturers the ability to combine in-mold decorating with low cost molding resins to create high quality, natural finishes such as wood grain or stainless steel. TrueCanvas Giclée 65/35 Product From Ultraflex Systems Inc.: Ultraflex introduces True Canvas Giclée 65/35, an 11 oz. canvas composed of a 65 percent polyester and 35 percent cotton blend with an acrylic-gesso top coat. This gesso coated canvas can be folded and stretched on industrial canvas stretchers without cracking. Free of heavy metals, PH Neutral (Acid Free) and archival, it has a consistent coating gloss level and defined L.A.B. values. True Canvas Giclée 65/35 is designed to offer crisp detail and rich tonal range, making it ideal for fine resolution art reproduction, gallery wraps, art décor, wall murals, backdrops and banners. True Canvas Giclée 65/35 is available in matte and gloss finishes and is compatible with solvent, eco-solvent, Latex, and UV inks in sizes ranging from 54” to 80”.

Endura Stick-P 150 Product From FiberMark: FiberMark has announced the availability of Endura Stick-P 150, the PVC free alternative to pressure sensitive vinyl.

Endura Stick-P 150 is a bright white cellulose based, latex saturated digital graphics print media, manufactured with a permanent pressure sensitive adhesive. This economical, environmentally responsible alternative to pressure sensitive vinyl is saturated for durable indoor and temporary outdoor use. Endura Stick-P 150 will not shrink when printed using solvent inkjet inks, allowing for full bleed printing. Additionally, it is easy to apply when creating large graphics applied to rigid boards, for many types of display graphics applications.
