ODM Super Sticker
A high volume, automated casing-in machine for hard cover bookbinding
ODM Super Sticker (casing-in) machine has been engineered for automation for high volume hard cover bookbinding production. It is self-adjusting and requires no special skills or make ready. This casing-in machine can produce up to 600 books per hour. It has an optional auto-feed attachment that works seamlessly with the company’s high volume building-in Super Smasher machine.
ODM Super Sticker (minimum size: 4” x 4” x 1/32”; maximum: 11” x 14” x 4”) features a control panel, a three-position blade height control, and removable glue stations. Optional extra paste attachment (for additional hot melt adhesive in the joint area) is available.
