Addressing the needs of printers working with one of the most creative and unique forms of advertising—floor graphics—MACtac Graphic Products has expanded its line of PERMACOLOR overlaminates to include a new offering for these demanding applications. The line's newest addition, PERMACOLOR PermaFlex PF6400, not only protects and enhances printed floor graphics, but it also is available at a moderate cost that enables printers to produce high-impact floor graphics at a very attractive price.
PERMACOLOR PermaFlex PF6400 overlaminate is designed for short-term, indoor floor graphic applications for retail, event or tradeshow advertising and promotion and can also be used on vertical applications, serving as a laminate for wall murals and tradeshow graphics.
"MACtac's new PERMACOLOR PermaFlex PF6400 is a unique product because it fills a niche for short-term applications at a lower price point than other laminates that are suitable for floor graphics," said Mary Ann Kucera, marketing manager, MACtac Graphic Products. "This economical addition to our industry-leading PERMACOLOR line allows printers to be more profitable when creating promotional floor graphics for their customers while ensuring the quality and performance they've come to expect from our time-tested offering.”
A 3.75-mil clear polyolefin film, PERMACOLOR PermaFlex PF6400 is a textured laminate with a glossy finish that helps eliminate glare, providing a clear view of the graphics underneath. It has been tested for slip resistance using ASTM C-1028 and is rated for use with floor graphics.
PERMACOLOR PermaFlex PF6400 has a clear acrylic permanent adhesive system protected by a smooth glassine liner. Featuring an indoor wall durability of one year and an indoor floor durability of one month, it is available in a 54-inch by 150-foot roll size.
