Capable of loading, printing and collecting up to four sheets of media simultaneously, the HP Scitex FB500 Printer allows print service providers to turn jobs around quickly. It features print speeds up to 398 ft2/hr as well as a variety of printing modes that allow customers to choose which speed and resolution best fits the current application. Additionally, the HP Scitex FB500 Printer allows remote monitoring via the HP Embedded Web Server and an onboard camera and reduces production interruptions with no daily printhead maintenance required.
The six-color system produces applications with stunning quality up to 1200x600 optimized dpi. An easy-to-install White Ink Upgrade Kit also is available for the HP Scitex FB500 Printer for specialty applications, such as printing on glass or other substrates for retail window displays, creating two-sided or backlit prints and printing on corrugated substrates for packaging applications. A vacuum belt media drive assures easy loading and accurate media advance and the Roll-to-Roll Upgrade Kit provides flatbed, sheet-fed and roll-fed options.
