Omni-Flute Graphic Display Board

3A Composites USA has announced the latest addition to its line of graphic display boards, Omni-Flute, a fluted polypropylene sheet designed for creating cost-effective short-term signage, and point-of-purchase displays.

Omni-Flute is produced with the latest technology and equipment installed at 3A Composites' Glasgow, KY manufacturing facility and has been engineered specifically for graphic display applications. Omni-Flute is geometrically square and color consistent. It features a smooth, treated surface that accepts direct digital printing and screen-printing applications as well as paint. Omni-Flute can be die-cut and knife-cut and accepts repositionable vinyl graphics. And, Omni-Flute is fully recyclable.

Omni-Flute is available in the Bright White, Black, and Natural (clear) colors. Flutes are designed to run in either the vertical or the horizontal direction as listed in the sheet sizes below.

Bright White Omni-Flute standard sizes include 48-inch by 96-inch sheets in the 3mm thickness, 6mm thickness and 10 mm thickness. In the 4mm thickness, Bright White Omni-Flute is available in 18x24-inch, 24x18-inch, 24x36-inch, 36x24-inch, 48x96-inch, 96x48-inch, 48x120-inch, 60x96-inch, and 60x120-inch sheets.

Both Black Omni-Flute and Natural Omni-Flute stocked sizes include 48x96-inch sheets in the 4mm thickness.

Cut-to-size sheets are available in all three colors from 24 inches to 120 inches and custom widths from 18 inches to 106 inches. Custom sheets can be ordered in thicknesses ranging from 3mm to 10mm.
