PM2100 Digital Color Print ‘n Mail System

Paitec USA has introduced its PM2100 Digital Color Print ‘n Mail System. The PM2100 eliminates the need to separately print, fold, stuff, and seal mailing pieces and is also a greener way to mail as it does not require envelopes or tabs to complete each piece. And if a postal permit number is printed on the piece, there is also no need to run it through a separate postage metering machine. This system produces short-run personalized promotional mailing campaigns and transpromo transactional documents. It allows users to create variable data mailers for a few customers or thousands with colorful, targeted messages. The system can also be used to process traditional short-run pressure seal applications.

It is a turnkey solution which includes a custom engineered digital color network printer with duplex capability, two 500-sheet paper trays, an interfaced heavy duty folder/sealer, and a pair of rolling cabinets. The company can also supply the blank pressure seal forms through its dealer and reseller network. The only other item needed is a graphics design program with mail merge capability.
