InkControl Ink Chip Emulator Board

The Inkcontrol Ink Chip emulator board allows you to emulate all of the original ink chips on Mimaki JV5 including the JV5-320DS, the brand new JV34, JV3, JV33, TX3, TS5, TS3, GP604 and TX400 printers with just one board. You no longer have to buy multiple permanent ink chips! The InkControl Ink Chip Emulator Board works in 4 color, 6 color, 7 color and 8 color (textile) mode and emulates SB51, SB52, SS2, SS21, HS, SB200, Eco-PA1, Acid and Reactive inks. Our boards have been proven to work even on the newest Mimaki printers that have motherboards with anti-chip measures in place. The board is fully field customizable - you can change between ink types and color mode depending on your need. It is also fully field upgradeable - you can add upgrades right at your own site. With our latest upgrades, the board is now also fully automatic and has an optional stand-alone mode. In this stand-alone mode, the board will generate the chip information on its own just like the software - no need to have the software running once the board is configured. Installation is extremely easy and no soldering is required - just disconnect the cables from the back of the cartridge brackets and connect them to the emulator board. The board can be powered using USB or it also allows for alternative energy sources.
