PlateWriter CtP

PlateWriter CtP

PlateWriter CtP Product Image

Glunz & Jensen’s PlateWriter Series of CtP plate making systems are amongst the most labor and energy efficient plate makers you can buy. In addition, you will meet new government guidelines relating to the use of chemicals in the workplace and eliminate all chemical disposal costs!

The iCtP PlateWriter is as simple to use as your desktop printer – all you do is load a plate and walk away! After imaging the plate, it must be placed in the finishing unit to be cured. It is as simple as that - your plate is finished and ready to go on press!

Energy efficient

iCtP technology stays on standby until you image a plate, reducing energy consumption. Imaging plates using inkjet technology also uses significantly less electricity than laser based CtP systems. In addition, there are no processors, pumps or heaters that need to run continuously. PlateWriter iPlates are 100% recyclable aluminum. PlateWriter CtP systems recirculate heat to dry the plates and recycle plate gum to minimize wastage.
