WorkPlan for Success

WorkPlan for Success

Andrew Paparozzi Vision 3 Presentation

The National Association for Printing Leadership (NAPL) has introduced WorkPlan for Success, a comprehensive business development program that puts into the hands of every Association corporate member the strategies, tactics, and tools for handling many industry business issues successfully.

Built upon the proven best practices revealed through NAPL’s industry-vanguard Management Plus System, WorkPlan for Success includes guidelines, step-by-step instructions, and interactive applications for implementing the most effective management policies in every area of a 21st Century graphic communications company—from strategic planning and financial supervision to sales and customer service.

WorkPlan for Success is accessible via the members-only section of NAPL’s website and will be updated with new information and worksheets as needed. Interlaced through each section are case studies drawn from the NAPL Business Advisory Team files, detailing how similar issues were solved using the methods available in the interactive program. Users may download an entire section or select a separate pdf version of any individual chapter.

The first two sections of WorkPlan for Success—Strategic Planning and Sales—are currently available on the NAPL website, www.napl.org. The remaining four will be rolled out at intervals during the weeks prior to GRAPH EXPO 2010 in early October, where the entire program will be demonstrated for visitors to NAPL’s booth (#2266). For more information, contact NAPL Membership Director Kristen Kitchen at (678) 594-0048, ext. 104 or kkitchen@napl.org.
