Agfa Graphics (Booth 844, 2611) will be showcasing and demonstrating a host of new products at Graph Expo 2010, including: 

Apogee 7.0 Workflow Suite includes Apogee Impose, an Agfa-developed imposition module that relies on live job information rather than templates to perform imposition. Plus, Apogee 7 allows print buyers to go beyond the web-to-print screen to create new jobs during prepress with Web Approval.

Agfa’s :Amigo TS thermal printing plate now offers faster speed, improved contrast and increased daylight stability. The eco-friendly plate is based on Agfa’s proven Thermofuse technology. :Amigo TS works on most 830nm thermal platesetters and offers run lengths up to 200,000 impressions without post baking; it can also be baked for even longer runs. :Amigo TS is ideal for many commercial printing applications on both sheet fed and web presses.

Agfa’s :N92 -VCF digital plate, based on existing photopolymer technology, is a violet chemistry-free plate. It is sensitized for visible lasers emitting at 405 nm, but requires no chemical developer for processing, giving newspaper printers the opportunity to use less expensive clean-out units.

Agfa’s :Anapurna M 2050, a high-speed, six-color plus white, UV-curable inkjet printer designed to give users a high quality and cost effective solution. With a maximum resolution of 1440 dpi, it accommodates rigid materials to 6.5x9.5 feet and rolls to 6.5-feet wide and is optimized at 247 sqft/hour for print output.

:Jeti 3324 Aquajet is a 125-inch-wide industrial direct to fabric printer which uses water-based dye dispersed inks to jet high quality ink directly to any polyester base fabric. This allows users to produce soft banners, tradeshow graphics, flags, Pop-up displays, table throws, apparel, furniture coverings and more.

:Jeti 1224 UV HDC produces high definition color at up to 1182 sqft/hr with in-line white and optional Flat-To-Roll (FTR) for flexible media printing. It provides the widest color gamut and productivity in its class. This system delivers the best True Flatbed capabilities with a vacuum table to secure all types of materials perfectly. With the Roll-to-Roll option this hybrid can print roll materials with the same high quality and resolution without comprising speed.
