XMPie (Booth 400, 600) is highlighting uProduce Marketing Console, a web-based tracking and reporting tool that allows service providers and marketers to monitor each phase of multi-channel, one-to-one marketing campaigns, including print, e-mail and the web. It is an open system, offering easy integration of third party data for a 360 degree view of live campaigns.
The latest version of uProduce Marketing Console introduces new levels of integration with XMPie’s Automatic Dynamic Object Replacement (ADOR) technology, taking campaign management to the next level. With version 1.8, it is now possible to flag recipient records meeting specific criteria so recipients can be easily selected to receive certain follow-up communications within a campaign. It also allows users to globally update any database field with new information based on report findings, further simplifying processes.
The view of campaign recipients has also been enhanced through this latest release. Now users can select a specific recipient listed in a report to obtain full details of his/her campaign activities—such as whether an e-mail was opened, a PURL was visited or a button was clicked—as well as obtain an aggregate view of recipient response rates over a period of time.
