Neopost has unveiled its TA-25 multi-side tabber, designed to help customers become compliant with new USPS regulations. The new TA-25 multi-side, multi-tabber/stamp affixer takes the place of two units, providing the ability to conform with the new USPS tabbing regulations, while saving time and money. It can apply tabs to the top and side of a booklet or self-mailer simultaneously. It can also apply tabs to opposite sides of a mailer in one pass (like the new letter-size booklet requirements). Precision engineering allows one of the tab heads to switch from side-tabbing to front-tabbing. The TA-25 offers production single tabbing speeds of 25,000 pieces per hour and booklet tabbing (2+1, side-to-side) at 15,000 pieces per hour on media up to ¼-inch thick.
The TA-25 has the ability to single, double and triple tab. It can run clear, translucent or paper tabs on rolls up to a 9-inch in diameter. The TA-25 can even be configured to apply up to three USPS roll stamps at a time.
