Omni-Flute Yellow Product From 3A Composites USA Inc.: Introduced earlier this year, Omni-Flute, a cost-effective fluted polypropylene sheet, was engineered specifically for creating signage and short-term point-of-purchase displays. Omni-Flute is geometrically square and color-consistent. It features a smooth, treated surface that accepts direct digital printing and screen-printing applications as well as paint. Omni-Flute can be die-cut and knife-cut and accepts repositionable vinyl graphics. And, Omni-Flute is fully recyclable.

Additional colors in the Omni-Flute line include Bright White, Black and Natural (clear).

“By adding the popular yellow color to our Omni-Flute graphic display board line, we’ve rounded out our offering to include the most utilized colors in the fluted polypropylene market,” said Joseph N. Omni-Flute is the latest addition to 3A Composites’ product lines, including: Fome-Cor, Sintra, Gatorfoam and Dibond graphic display boards. Omni-Flute is produced with the latest technology and equipment installed at 3A Composites’ Glasgow, Ky., manufacturing facility.

Flutes are designed to run in either the vertical or the horizontal direction as listed in the sizes below.

Yellow Omni-Flute standard sizes include 48-inch by 96-inch sheets in the 3mm, 4mm and 6 mm thicknesses.

Bright White Omni-Flute standard sizes include 48-inch by 96-inch sheets in the 3mm and 6mm thicknesses. In the 4mm thickness, Bright White Omni-Flute is available in 48-inch by 96-inch, 96-inch by 48-inch, 48-inch by 120-inch, 60-inch by 96-inch and 60-inch by 120-inch sheets.

Both Black Omni-Flute and Natural Omni-Flute stocked sizes include 48-inch by 96-inch sheets in the 3mm, 4mm and 6mm thicknesses.
