PrintSYS is a fully-hosted Software as a Service (SaaS) solution. We take care of all administrative tasks associated with your PrintSYS solution.
Your dedicated account manager will work with you to satisfy your customer. When you get technical requirements from your customer, you forward them to your account manager and they will ensure that the customer's portal is set up to their specifications. In the case of new prospects, we can set up a "sandbox" with one or two of their items on it, governed by their procurement rules, which you can use to help you to secure their business.
One of the big differences between PrintSYS and other solutions is our flexibility. Most other systems rely on preset rules that are selected from a "master list". If the rule is not in the master list, then you can not satisfy that customer's requirements. With PrintSYS, we own and have free access to the source code behind those rules. We are regularly called upon to add new and unusual rules governing design or procurement requirements. Frequently, these requests come from companies who already have a web-to-print solution that is unable to accommodate those rules.
In essence, Prisme Technologies provides an administrative and merchandising service. We take care of all aspects of your customers' web-to-print portals. Many printers have come to the realization that utilizing their own resources, maintaining their own secure servers, updating their security and compliance, maintaining redundant access channels, and programming and maintaining their customers digital assets is a poor use of their technical resources. By passing that burden to us, they free up their own technical resources for other, more profitable, enablement strategies, while ensuring that their customer receives world-class support.
