Nordson Corporation introduces VersaPUR adhesive slug melters as the latest of its moisture-curing reactive (PUR) adhesive application systems to facilitate and enable PUR adhesive use in manufacturing. The VersaPUR melter simplifies processing of moisture-cure reactive hot melt adhesives from environmentally-friendly, twenty-kilogram foil-encased slugs, without the need for inert gas. VersaPUR melters are ideal for use in a wide variety of assembly applications including edge banding, profile wrapping, bookbinding and automotive subassembly.

Xeikon has announced its new Folding Carton Suite, which will be demonstrated during drupa 2012, taking place in Düsseldorf, Germany, May 3-16, 2012.
Xeikon defines a suite as having five elements: print engines, substrates, workflow, toners and finishing elements. At the core of the suite is the Xeikon 3000 Series of digital color presses, designed and developed for the label and packaging markets. The other elements of the suite, many of which are supplied by Xeikon's Aura partners, are all stringently tested, ensuring customers are fully integrated.

The Stack Turner, Diana Feeder, and Diana Packer add-ons make the Diana X 80 ideal for all standard packaging, whether straightline, lockbottom or four-corner cartons in long runs. The proven Diana X 115 has a working width of 115 cm (45.28 in) which covers the entire production spectrum of folding carton gluing.
