ANCHOR SOFTWARE, LLC, a leading provider of data processing software for address and data quality, direct marketing and document design, today announced that its MaxCASS solution, available on Windows, IBM Mainframe, UNIX, and Linux platforms have been certified by the United States Postal Service (USPS) in compliance with all requirements for CASS Cycle N, and delivered to Anchor Software's customers.
Per USPS regulations, software vendors must begin shipping CASS Certified software for Cycle N to customers beginning May 1, 2011, and CASS Cycle N software must be used by mailers no later than August 1, 2011. With CASS Cycle N, it will be mandatory for mailers to use SuiteLink to be eligible for postal automation discounts, whereas in the past it was optional. SuiteLink is a USPS product that improves mail delivery by adding known secondary information (suite numbers) to business addresses.
"I am proud to announce that all versions of MaxCASS have been successfully certified and we have delivered CASS Cycle N software to our customers ahead of schedule. Anchor's Windows, Mainframe, UNIX, and Linux solutions are designed to improve processing speeds and offer unsurpassed address matching capabilities. We are extremely excited about helping companies meet the requirements of the upcoming CASS cycle", said Gary Siegel, President of Anchor Software.
MaxCASS, when used in conjunction with its full complement of integrated features (SuiteLink, DPV, RDI, LACSLink, MaxMover, Anchor's certified solution for NCOALink, DSF2 , and GeoCoding), helps mailers maintain high quality address lists and achieve the lowest possible postage rates by ensuring addresses are complete, correct, and current.
