Xitron's Navigator Workflow Server software helps prepress operators increase productivity, manage workflow and reduce costs. The client interface allows multiple operators to manage their work from a Windows or Macintosh workstation, while directing output production through one or more Harlequin RIPs. Optional workflow modules such as with integrated PDF creation and preflighting, ink remapping; and automated imposition with Dynagram's inpO2, further increase the capabilities of the system. ROOM proofing extends the functionality further, by supporting output on devices from Canon, Epson and other popular proofers. The Navigator Workflow Server also offers ink key presetting capabilities with KeySetter, a series of pressroom workflow solutions to connect the prepress department and pressroom together.

The Navigator Workflow Server is capable of supporting up to five Navigator or other Harlequin RIPs and ten simultaneous users or clients. In the pressroom, the Navigator Workflow Server can control one or more direct press console connections through Xitron's KeySetter Connect digital ink key presetting application.
