Acuity LED Wide Format Inkjet LED-UV Printer

The Fujifilm Acuity LED wide-format inkjet LED-UV printer incorporates a patent-pending LED-UV ink-curing system, and provides high-speed inkjet printing with no loss inexceptional quality. Reaching print speeds up to 258 sqft/hr, the Acuity LED provides offers eight colors standard (CMYK, Lc, Lm, Whitewhite, and Clearclear) and uses specialized Fujifilm fast-curing UV inks. The LED lamp design allows printing of white or clear ink in a single pass, further adding to productivity. Using the new FUJIFILM Dimatix Q-Series grayscale printheads, the printer is capable of producing drop sizes as small as 10 picoliters and achieving true 1200 x 1200 dpi resolution.

The hybrid design switches from a 1.6-meter roll-to-roll printer to a 4x8-foot flatbed table printerto a 1.6-meter roll-to-roll printer, allowing for printing directly on rigid boards for high-quality POP and sign applications as well as on flexible banners, window displays, and backlit applications. The printer includes a Fujifilm RIP and Fujifilm spot color matching software to easily match PANTONE colors.
