Rollem’s New Auto-Collator two directional trimming, slitting and collating system provides all types of printers the ability to efficiently produce packs of card products. The press sheet is trimmed, slit and collated in one operation, delivering highly accurate decks of products including playing cards, product cards, discount cards and more.

As the leader in card pack finishing, Rollem created this system to fill the need for lower to mid volume printing runs. Rollem also manufacturers the Revolution and Slipstream systems for dedicated, high volume playing card and pack production. This two-directional slitting technology greatly increases finishing production as sheets are finished in one process with just one operation.
