Compart North America (Booth 549) is spotlightlight DocBridge Delta, a quality assurance productivity tool that compares two digital documents and reports on differences and errors. Detecting errors in customer-facing communications is especially important for transactional documents containing content based on variables that dictate critical elements such as offers, terms and conditions, or compliance with state or federal regulations. Undetected, mistakes can result in fines, charge-backs, litigation, and loss of consumer confidence.
DocBridge Delta tests for intended and unintended changes in files of the same or different types, exposing errors that may otherwise go undetected until reaching the final recipient. Comparisons can be made at word-for-word or pixel-to-pixel levels to capture the smallest details.
New to DocBridge Delta is Enhanced Structural Comparison, which adds a deeper level of detail. For example, it can alert users that a different font could result in text flow that could result in missing information on the printed version, or that an image with a different color space could slow processing time. Capable of processing up to 35 pages per second, it can evaluate documents of different types that contain different fonts, images, and color spaces faster and more accurately than a manual process.
